Intellectual Property & Terms of Use Agreement
Legally binding covenant between the user and Commatecs (UH For Business Solutions & Qualitative Technology LLP) governing all proprietary technologies, code, and systems.
1. General Definition & Corporate Identity
This document represents a legally binding agreement between the user or beneficiary (“User”) and Commatecs (UH For Business Solutions & Qualitative Technology LLP), hereinafter referred to as “Commatecs” or “the Company”[cite: 13]. 2. Implicit and Explicit Acceptance
By using any Commatecs product or service (whether downloading, operating, interacting, developing, or integrating), you fully and unconditionally accept all terms of this agreement[cite: 13]. 3. Scope of Protection & Strict Prohibitions
All code, designs, concepts, operational models, documentation, software solutions, and outputs are the exclusive intellectual property of Commatecs[cite: 13]. It is strictly prohibited to copy or reproduce any components, resell or distribute them to third parties, modify them to conceal their origin, or exploit their underlying logic structures, operational mechanisms, or mental models[cite: 13].
4. Prohibition of Identity Cloning, Trade Dress Infringement & Unfair Competition
Any commercial entity, company, institution, or individual—whether operating locally or internationally—is strictly prohibited from cloning, simulating, or copying Commatecs' corporate identity, including but not limited to: official logos, trade dress, visual branding, organizational methodology, solution presentation style, and unique operational frameworks[cite: 13]. Any such unauthorized simulation is explicitly classified as commercial fraud, passing off, intellectual theft, and unfair competition, entitling Commatecs to pursue immediate civil and criminal prosecution before competent international courts, demanding full punitive damages, immediate operational seizure, and complete recovery of losses[cite: 13].
5. Global Legal Applicability
This agreement applies worldwide across all jurisdictions, including regions that do not officially recognize local intellectual property statutes[cite: 13]. It remains permanently in force unless officially revoked in writing and signed by Commatecs[cite: 13]. No local regulatory variations or timeline differences can invalidate this agreement[cite: 13].
6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Any legal dispute arising between the user and Commatecs shall be resolved exclusively before competent international legal courts[cite: 13]. Only international intellectual property courts possess binding authority; local rulings conflicting with the terms of this agreement are legally inadmissible[cite: 13].
7. Use License vs. Ownership

Commatecs and its parent group hereby notify all parties that our systems subject local and international markets to continuous advanced technical and forensic monitoring to detect any software theft, code cloning, or simulation of our corporate identity and trade dress. All incidents are archived with certified digital evidence for direct criminal indictment and judicial filings without prior warning. The company confirms that several entities and individuals have already been identified and strictly documented over a monitored period, and immediate civil and criminal enforcement measures are actively underway with maximum legal rigor.
11. Interpretation & Official Master Language
This agreement is interpreted under international intellectual property law[cite: 13].
